Webb12 sep. 2024 · Your settlers will consider a certain amount of resources essential - the upkeep costs of that resource multiplied by the cost multiplier plus an additional amount. Anything more than that is considered spare. The default cost multiplier is 2 and the default additional amount is 500. These can be changed in the settings.

WebbHaving to manually pay costs every day. Why don't my settlers pay the costs themselves on plots that need them? Am I missing something? You can do what I did and turn off the plot upkeep costs in the options. Its a bug currently, only started happening to me after the latest patch, I would suggest what the other guy said for now.
