I really enjoyed Kylo/Ben’s redemption arc and, seeing as he is the last Skywalker, I felt that it made more sense that he should have survived ... WebRise of Skywalker was hot trash that just felt like they were scrambling to fix the wreck that the Last Jedi started. I feel bad for the team that had to follow up the Last Jedi, though, because they really didn't set up anything at all and only really cut down potential story lines.
