WebUnlike most of the reviews about Hillarys, I am an actual customer, not a 'verified' purchaser selected to manipulate ratings. Utterly abysmal customer service, serious issues with installation, and they even managed to get the original order wrong, on two occasions! In short, the worst experience I have ever had with any company. WebExcellent and customer-friendly service: on-line, by telephone and face-to-face. Representative was very helpful with advice, professional and competent in fitting blinds. Scheduling both initial visit and fitting was very convenient and expeditious.
