WebDualsense is objectively the better controller as far as features/tech go. Haptics work via wired mode only on PC and as long as a game actually supports them (there's not many atm). Sony is starting to support PC more so maybe we'll see wireless haptics soon. Personally, I always gravitate back to my ds4.
