WebJun 26, 2024 · Hi Heartbroken girl - it is very unlikely that anyone with a drinking problem ever moderate their drinking. It is not the end of the world to quit, it's just giving up a drink. Fun is possible sober. It may not seem so at first, but honestly it is. If someone is still having health problems after quitting see a doctor would be my advice. Good luck.
